Trina's response to the proposed tariffs. Anyone follow Trina and know what plans they have for their new plant in Penang, Malaysia? Will that plant be manufacturing cells or modules, or both? Noticed on the press release that Trina point out that no tariffs would apply for modules assembled in China from cells manufactured outside China. Is this a route to avoid the tariffs?

Eric, am I right to think that the module manufacturing side is the more labor intensive step of the process compared to producing the cell, or are both pretty automated now?
