In every PR they claim to have a SOLApad for Ipad 1 and 2 and now claim no changes needed for SOLApad3.....yet they have nothing to deliver and if you call their phone number you get forwarded to Michael Franklin's cell phone for his "music business."

Total fraud and the SEC doesn't care to stop it. I wonder how many pump and dump guys will notice how well the facebook ad campaign worked. A million shares traded that day and I'm sure it was cheaper than most IR firms with their pretty glossy mailers and spam campaigns.

I still love the quote on their website from "Sam Cook" - CEO of Apple.
