I found out whats causing it. When I create a new message, I get the green screen sometimes for a few seconds, others a nanosecond, sometimes it changes to white (if public) and (blue if private), if I am typing when it changes color while typing the cursor will jump to the the beginning of the sentence. Seeing of Brad can recreate it.
