I hold Ginsburg no soft spot, and would prefer that she just go away. That said, why single her out for suggesting a parliament and prime minister instead of a president and congress? Since WWII, every time the US has assisted another country in establishing a new government, we have made the same suggestion, steering them away from using our Constitution as a model.

I don't like Ginsburg, but I can't blame her for this, she's no different than MacArthur when he made a similar recommendation to Japan, or Bush helping Iraq form a new government.

I'm ready to throw mud at her, but not for this.
