Thanks for posting. The hook in that PR is the offering -- another 8.5 mil sh, call it 10 percent. A little disappointing, thought they had enuf cash cushion for a reasonable period to work out the monitoring program with fda. Could signal they think it will take awhile, or maybe just want more cushion (hopefully). Of course, I'm still assuming approval with followup cardio study and not a pre-approval study...
