Let me clarify. Prior to the launch of the Nokia 7650 in 2002, the term 'camera phone' did not exist. The 7650 was featured in the Minority Report.

Yes, a digital camera had been combined with a phone prior as early as 1997. This guy was the inventor, and below is said to have been the first photo.... :)
