I think Atlanta is in a league of it's own in the southeast due to scale and infrastructure. I've heard there might be a civil war between the states for the dwindling water supply in the fast growing areas coming out of this downturn.. It got to near crisis mode the last drought situation with Lake Lanier several years ago
