Got an email today from an investment publication I subscribe to. This sounds rather like what we might be doing right now with NioStar...

"And rare earth stocks are jumping after Molycorp announced that 78% of the rare earth materials from its California facility has already been 'allocated to various customers or committed to the company's water treatment products.'

'The signed contracts mean that the company has been able to sign long-term contracts with customers who want to secure rare earth materials before the company starts producing rare earths at the California plant.'"
