Not certain, but "Made in America" could mean anything. How about volkswegons and sombreros made in Mexico? Are these made in America products and how do they benefit US workers.

I've also heard of all parts made in China and shipped to the US where the product is assembled in America and then stamped "Assembled in America". Some products are sourced overseas, one major component is sourced in the U.S., then final Assembly and QC occurs at the Sav Watt Eco-Hub facility, no different than GM, Boeing or HP. This to me is designed to misrepresent.

So what is this with "Made in America" and is this a sinister replacement to "Made in the USA" and what ever come of "Made in the USA"? Those 2 phrases are not interchangeable and used to fool the USA consumer, imo. Am I wrong and if so, any comments?.. nic
