GeckoSystems was a private company for nine years. It developed its R&D to the point that it wanted to raise money for commercialization of the product, so it went public.

There are similar products around the world, none of them is at the developmental stage of the CareBot, which has completed Alpha testing and is ready for Beta testing prior to commercial release.

All of these competitive products have involved tens of millions of dollars in R&D cost. GeckoSystems has done more with much less capital, and over half of its R&D was privately funded.

Since the 2008 economic crisis funding around the world for such projects has become more difficult, but through persistent marketing Mr. Yasusmatsu has recently forged relationships in the Pacific Rim for commercialization and product development partnerships for the ONLY practical AI navigation system in the world, GOSY's GeckNav.

IMO - these partnerships will begin to yield revenues in 2012. These revenues will make the company less reliant, if not independent, of the public market for the purpose of raising capital.

Because of exploitation and abuse of the microcap market it is on the verge of collapse. This exploitation was done by Wall Street Pimps and their "associates" who eat small companies alive, grind them up and spit them out in peices.

The SEC and FINRA, through their lack of oversight have created a situation where the microcap market is almost frozen because brokers and clearing houses know that they can not freely trade in those stocks without incurring huge liabilities.

These liabilites do not concern anything within the control of the listed companies themselves. Logically speaking - these companies could go to zero valuation (as they often do) and Wall Street would have no liablity to shareholders who lost their money.

Wall Street's concern is with those companies who survive and create value because they can no longer verify that the shares they are trading were legitimately issued by the company. If brokerages sell shares that are counterfeit, not issued by the company, and the company becomes successful they are liable for the increase in value of those counterfeit shares, not the company.

IMO - GeckoSystems has the means to survive this situation. That is why I am invested here.
