The unfunded liabilities issue hasn't changed in the past 6 months, as far as I know. The cash issue is a little different--people were expecting them to be at least cash flow neutral by Q4, and plausibly even positive. Instead, they are still negative. Yet, they have come out with a number of new products and have forged strong relationships in China, Brazil and the US. Of course, one problem is the slowdown in investment by govts around the world, as well as carriers getting hit and not upgrading their systems as quickly as was expected just 6 months ago.

Lots of problems, it's shoot first ask questions later time. Good time for contrarians to step up for sure. But for now, I've got to go
