I run a business that is not limited to California. In fact, it has very little to do with Cali. If the economy has turned that is news to me. There is still very little capital available here in the US and people are still losing their jobs. Everything has gotten slower as far as I can see and it is very understandable to me that the Governor of the Bank of England said this is the worst calamity in history. . Even medical supply orders have slowed down (explain that one). I can.. People are losing their insurance and can't afford operations.

I don't know where you are or what you do, but it must be in one small area that for some reason or another has experienced an uptick in activity.

No one needs to pump the domestic economy to look at the stock market as a potential for profits though. Our market no longer needs a potentially strong US economy to make it look attractive as long as the price is right. US citizens are out of money, deep in debt and hanging on by a thread to a lifestyle that is slowly slipping away. Growth will continue to come from other areas of the world.
