there is no need to use [tag] anymore on SI to create hyperlinks, it is replaced with the following:

[ url=http://your.link.here] Link Text [ /url ]

(without the spaces)

Example:

[ url=http://siliconinvestor.com ] Silicon Investor [ /url ]

(remember without the spaces)

Will look like this:
Silicon Investor

This MUST be done in RAW Text mode.
