Apple is out to crush competition despite their huge market share.

If Samsung has bootlegged the look and feel of iPhone, then what about HTC?

Apple will put Samsung through the wringer, then send letters to the other competitors asking them to comply nicely, but just one nice request.

Smacks of anti-competitiveness and bad for consumers, IMHO.
