Not sure if this is off-topic, if so, apologize. I'm looking for a tablet and smart phone that will provide access to full scale level 2 quotes, from pinks to nasdaq to foreign securities. I currently use AlphaTrade and am told that inability to run or compatibility issues with java virtual machine and flash prevents its use with Android OS.

Any help appreciated.
