Many Arabs from Gaza and the West Bank have been given free medical help in Israel's advanced hospitals. The Arabs who live in Israel have higher standards of living than the majority of Arabs who live in Arab-ruled nations.
The most apartheid nations of this world are the Arab/Muslim nations, where non-Muslims are persecuted, murdered or driven out of the Muslim countries.

Christian or Jewish colonialism, so to speak, brought better lives to the people of the Middle East. The Arabs did not gain their freedom by driving Christians, Jews and other minorities out of their land, and by the Arabs stealing the possessions of the minority families that they drove out or murdered. The Arabs evolved into murderous, cruel, backward, ignorant dictatorships. The Arab standard of living dropped very low to where it is now. Arabs live in misery and poverty, except in Israel, where Arabs can vote, have pensions, have medical care, have religious freedom and other benefits that don't exist anywhere else in the Middle East.
Right now, as you try to spread your lies about how nice the Arab/Muslim nations are, the Coptic Christians of Egypt are being systematically persecuted, raped, murdered and driven out of Egypt by your wonderful Egyptian Arab Muslims.
