If those are useful benchmarks, then ARM is very well positioned indeed since it would appear it is better clock for clock than the competition, and much faster A9's are already shipping (around 1.5GHz in fact). And even at 1.5GHz, the ARM SOC will kill either Atom or AMD on power.
