Eagle,

Here is some of what I see: Clivatuzumab: registration trial in 1H12 - top line results in early 2015 although the study will be monitored by a Data Monitoring Committee. Although potentially stopping the study early due to compelling efficacy would be favorable, might save 1 year in reaching market.

Epratuzumab:Embody Phase 3 trails currently recruiting - estimated completion February 2014. Also investigation in lymphoma and leukemia by cooperative oncology groups (benefits of cooperative groups is access to oncology thought leaders and low cost to company. Historically oncology groups have been slow and data quality may not be adequate to satisfy FDA).

Veltuzumab in NHL patients who failed at least one standard chemotherapy regimen of Rituxin. Commencement of Phase 3 trails in 2H11.

Vmab + Emab: 2 comobination studies ongoing, one in patients with aggressive Diffused Large B Cell Lymphoma and second study in follicular lymphoma. Combination study of these two antibodies in Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Preliminary results from the DLBCL study anticipated in 2Q12.

Company's dock and Lock technology presents an alternative methodology of delivering multiple antibodies to the patient.

Biggest item: funding clinical development and operating expenses, including partnerships for its assets and accessing the public markets.
