So - Matt figures the monetary damages are unjustified, onerous and not agreed to in his plea bargain agreement.

Will be interesting to see how this now plays out. He got ONLY 4 years incarceration - perhaps the end result will be more in keeping with what was reasonable in the circumstances, like 50 years.
