Stock is up on a down day and a weak market environment. Most probably due to the one analyst following the stock has now hiked its target price from $12 to $16 according to Yahoo/Briefing/Reuters. EPS re-evaluation however still needs to be conducted

on this kind of background it seems that a major breakout in the shares of Lydall is just around the corner.
