Makes quite a bit of sense to me. Thanks very much for that detailed explanation; very helpful.

I've owned NGD common for 2-3 years and been very happy with it. I took a plunge into the A warrants in the last month, simply thinking of it as a very long term option. Your thoughts on it are most appreciated.
