Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission Report on the Causes of 2008 Economic Crisis

"In a statement from the commission, it said that the financial crisis was avoidable. They blamed both Wall Street and government officials for not spotting the warning signs of the crisis."

...Does email prove Warren Buffet was lying about his knowledge of AIG situation ?....Hank Paulson was publicly talking world-ending crises as GS was still peddling CDO's out the back door...NY FED didn't have a clue (or did they ?)....3 or more names were referred for possible criminal prosecution.......
