|Good to see you also ;>)......yep, looking at the dates, it does appear you wrote that before knowing about the dilution...I also wouldnt call it massive dilution, but a pretty large chunk nonetheless.....2 things I dont like is as you said, it appears as if LBWR knew Ginder would win so they gave him all those shares.....and this weird (hard to believe) excuse as to why they did not give out the correct number in their latest update......It's just hard to believe any company could miss something so important and it is not the first time they keep missing stuff and follow it with an excuse no shareholder should find acceptable.....Well, at least you didn't buy alot....I dont think $30 worth is going to bankrupt you and who knows, by lowering your cost basis, if this sees a rise for any reason, you may be able to get out with minimal damage....I think it was probably worth the $30 you spent if it did lower your CB a good bit....at this point, an additional $30 loss is nothing...but that $30 buy may enable you to get out easier then others whose CB may be far higher.....and I will not make predictions, but it is possible this sees a nice rise...I dont think the long term looks good, but in the short term, we have all seen pinks make nice moves, many times with no real reason behind the rise....Also take in to account that Ginder did accept all those shares....why would he take them if he thought they would be worth nothing? Something tells me Ginder took those shares because he spoke with Dexter and feels at least one more rise is very possible.....Really just thinking-hoping out loud as I have no idea if the stock will ever move up....I just know the nature of pinks and that they can move for no reason, even if most know the long term looks bleak and I keep wondering why Ginder would take those shares if he thought they would be worthless....Ginder must think the shares will be able to be sold higher or why settle and take the shares?Maybe I'm being overly optimistic, but we have to read between the lines when it comes to pinks.....but, I am not optimistic enough to buy more<lol>....Maybe if I had a high CB and wanted to spend a couple hundred bucks to lower my CB, but i'm not in that position so no need for me to buy more as I would then be raising my CB since my money has been off the table for quite some time with only the casinos chips left in this....Welp...Good luck to ya and everybody else....Hope your holiday is going well......Hey, you still stay in touch with Rruff? How's he doing?Great guy, imo....I havent spoken to him in quite some time....But, knowing him, he's doing quite well ;>).....Peace, K|
<< Hey im a survivor. Good to see you.
re dilution - I think I wrote that before we discovered the dilution. At the end of the day I would still not call it "mass dilution", but just the same it does not make me happy.
Some think it was a great trade (260k in debt for 12k worth of shares), but again I don't like it since it seems to indicate that Jon would have won in court.
re buying more - well..... since you asked. I picked up the 41k the other day at .0007. Cost me 29 bucks plus commission. That same number of shares cost me about 4k a couple of years ago, and therefore it's just could not help to average down in a huge way.
