So if spectrum is a limited and really valuable resource maybe QCOM should keep it as an investment -after killing FLO, since parking/investing (even more) cash is not their (or my, sadly) forté.

But then again I remember talking to experts decades ago, that all a twisted pair could handle, due to physics, was ISDN. So maybe bandwidth will be cheap in the future, which I doubt.

I would keep it, unless there were some conditions getting it for cheap.
