Well you may be a bit of a conspiracy nut but I have looked into it and there does appear to be some validity to your Flouride claims. Flouride is not good stuff.

Still looking into how it dissipates. Chlorine in the water will leave by itself through the surface if the water is allowed to stand for awhile. Sunlight also breaks up chlorine. Not sure yet what these things do to flouride as it is in the water as a molecule and not an element.
