MS & GS: Get $104.8 Million and Sells Call Options to Sandisk with a Strike Price of $52.37 and Expiration Date of May 15, 2017 and Buys Warrants to Purchase SNDK stock at $73.33 with the same Exipration Date.

Does the $104.8m include selling the the warrants to GS and MS as well as the Sandisk buying the call options?

If yes, I don't get why it should cost so much unless there is a (possibly illegal) side understanding that those guys will be supporting the stock in the coming months and years.

If no, how can anyone determine what the spread actually cost Sandisk?
