yes, NAV is now even easier to calculate: i get $5.87 fully diluted which is a 26% discount. if the warrant holders don't exercise (ie: stock isn't above $4.25 in december) then the NAV is $6.15 which is a 29% discount.

so if you like OIP, ST, GLD and One Earth, this is a great opportunity for a superbly-managed, and well-discounted package deal.
