Neeka, consider yourself lucky that you called before they shipped the order. I ordered ShamWow from the "As Seen on TV" online store. I got "an extra set free and a bonus mop" - WOWIE! Oh yes, I also got TWO "Shipping and Handling Charges." I was ready to call them and give them a piece of my mind but before I did I went back to the site. As you noted, sure enough the site does state "Just pay separate S&H", but I had overlooked it. It could be that I saw and it thought it referred to separate from the cost of the product. officialshamwow.com You would have gotten off easy with your original order since the shipping and handling fees were $7.95 each on my order. I should have known better since I do the majority of my shopping online. Oh well. The shipping and handling fees that so many companies charge have always irritated me. Since it is quite easy to determine what the actual shipping charges are, I think they just use this as a way of profiting on the shipping charges. After all what are handling charges? Aren't they just part of the cost of doing business? This is especially true with an online store where all orders have to be shipped. Bill
