Ditto Gottfried's recommendation for IB. Fast & cheap.

Caveats are that you must be experienced (no hand holding), money sent in must be wired to avoid a multi-day hold, they charge an inactivity fee for infrequent traders, and everything is done on line - no paper statements, trade confirms, tax forms, etc.

I love them.
