When you boot, while the BIOS is in control of your computer, press the F12 key. A temporary Boot Menu will soon appear, but not instantly. Check to see if you have any other disk options for booting.

Failing this, try booting from your Windows CD. You should get an offer to "Repair" your computer.

P.S. It's not common knowledge, but Windows Repair only fixes one problem at a time. If several things are wrong, you'll need to run Windows Repair repeatedly until all are fixed.
