I think the C&H is still in play, the conviction of the move through the rimline makes me think the target may be overshot, but it doesn't necessarily happen in a straight line. In any case, the power of this move has to be respected and whether we know the specific reasons the buyer(s) have for moving now, clearly the main one is that they think the stock is going higher. Has anyone tried to determine a valuation for this company post-merger?
