Cable providers are the biggest violators for ceaseless insertion of low-quality locally-created private advertisement.

I want the same high-quality stuff I get on cable, Scripps Network stuff.

In 2010 in a down economy, no transmission service (cable, sat, FIOS/UVerse, or FLO) will ever be able to insert enough commercials to cover their costs without driving customers away or driving away advertisers by allowing time-shift DVR features.
