I had a similar problem one day.

It had to do with the location of the 'C:\Jts\dcselpidq' directories. I had directories in the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Jts' directory as well as the 'C:\Jts' directory.

The dcselpidq, dcselpidr... (one for each account) directories contain the files necessary for your TWS pages, layout, etc. They can be specified on the Login screen under "Settings Directory."

You can try copying those directory contents to a safe place, then delete them and try to login. After the splash screen, you should get a blank screen where you can recreate the pages.
