So, in summary, here are the points that make V a very good candidate for getting approved for ITP.

1. Well known CD20 target.
2. Humanized CD20 antibody already investigated in approx. 110 patients.
3. The important humanized part of the antibody investigated in approx. 500 patients.
4. Low doses deplete B cells, as low as 1/7 the usual Rituxan dose.
5. Now administering V in sub q formulation.
6. Nycomed paying IMMU to run the phase l/ll ITP trials.
7. Responses easy and fast to measure in ITP.
8. Responses and durations to date are very compelling.
9. Approval for a drug in autoimmune is efficacy and safety.
10.V targets the B cells that produce the autoantibodies that attack "self", which is the basis of autoimmune diseases.

The subject of #10 is one to be discussed.
