Closed at 2.30, down only .07 cents or 2.95% on a day when the company announced a 125 million dollar stock and debt filing.

The company's market cap is only 200 million at the current price.

The stock has gone up over 100 percent in the last 3 weeks,and it did not give up a substantial amount based on that news.

Somebody wants this stock badly,and things are looking good for AVII.
