Shares have been as high as ~5.25 and the warrants have been trading close to intrinsic value (i.e. share price minus the $5.00 exercise price). About 3 weeks to go before these warrants expire. Not a buyer of the shares or warrants at present. Might be tempted to buy the shares given the number of instances where the underlying share price rises strongly in the weeks/months after a large percentage of outstanding warrants are converted.
