Well they sure do disapoint customers. Bof A is driving the customer asway from coming into the bank. They now require that you use n ATM rather than see a teller for deposits or withdrawals at all banks across the nation.
Pretty poor service to cut costs.

I don't understand how they will be able to continue in a market that is already sliced up.

Bof A has also cut hours of the workers to the point that they are on skeleton crews.
This so the top can still make their bloated salaries.
