You only humiliate yourself defending thugs.

If the "law of the land" is pulling cars over that are not speeding and then fishing for a tip because you're Anglo and he thinks you can afford it is racism.

I would say this is not rendering unto Caesar it is rendering to a corrupt thug and your soul can sleep well at night evading that particular law.
