Bob Brinker's Land of Critical Mass Marketimer is nowhere to be found in the March 2009 issue of Hulbert Financial Digest performance rankings. It has dropped off the "Top 5 Performers" in all time-frames and in all categories -- including Hulbert's rankings exclusively for mutual fund newsletters.

What does this do to the theory that Hulbert rigs the ratings in favor of Brinker?
