$Mogul:
I think that ABK's management deserves the bonus paymnents for their pro-active role in trying to convince the government that the most effective use of the TARP funding would be to restore the AAA credit ratings of the leading financial guarantors. ABK has posted its concrete submitted proposal on its web site.
