Yes, there are a lot of good blogs listed there, but Atrios' blog is my favorite blog on the web. He has an uncompromising, witty, incisive, and sometimes profane style that I like. He has an amazing ability to cover lots of stories and to explain complex issues in simple terms.

Another excellent blog is Hullaballoo by Digby. There is no doubt in my mind that the best, and in some respects the only, journalism being done today is being done on the blogs.
