Speaking of the greedy and the innocent--
My husband and I just took my stepson and his wife out for a 30th birthday dinner in New Haven. When we returned to our car, someone had done a smash-and-grab, took our new GPS. It was a long cold hour long drive home.

Strange-- I'd had the feeling something bad was about to happen. There's been a rash of break-ins in our neighborhood and I made sure we'd locked our doors when we left.

Just didn't think about the car.

We'll be seeing a lot more thefts and muggings, I believe.
