This article proves to me what I said on another thread when C's original offer was announced--C was getting WB for a yard sale price. C's original price for WB was $2 billion. In the following paragraph they mention a number of $20 billion:

"The company is seeking more than $20 billion in compensatory and over $40 billion in punitive damages from Wells Fargo..."
