It sure doesn't, Tom.

Now that the way they played WB is out, I should think any other bank WFC wants to talk to about a buy-out would be gun-shy. WFC really screwed over WB, put WB in a position where they has to accept *anything*, whether it was a fair offer or not.

I do hold a few shares of WFC. As a shareholder, I am disgusted with their behaviour.
