Suppose one thot it 50% probable that the deal will complete at 33$ in a reasonable period of time. What would you pay for yhoo? Halfway btw the 19$ price at time of offer and 33$, less a little risk arbitrage?

Pretty much looks like yhoo price today, as vibes at the moment seem a bit more supportive of a 33$ deal after all.

If msft makes a move on something larger, eg AOL, then yhoo tanks a lot more at once.
