Auctions are contractually binding so recouping $ should be a matter for the courts IMHO.

But the new feedback structure is terrible. Just shoving this stuff in their customers (which is who the sellers are) faces is shameful.

eBay should start treating their customers as stockholders.
They should have voted on this.
