Jeff...Showing how blinded you are.

1. Even Sam admitted in his last blog that he is making assumptions yet to be proven as fact. He calls his assumptions "possible acts of fraud".

2. The Sith Lord is a fixation that has long past - except of course in your own mind. it was a comment made years ago and only the fools continue to use it as a crutch when they run out of steam. Apparently the stock manipulation caused by nearly 40% of the public float resulting in long standing settlement failure missed your genius.

Tell me, when a stock is oversold to 40% Failure to Deliver or...a convertible debenture dilutes the stock by 40%, is the stock impact any different? At least on the debenture they will try to sell at highest levels to maximize profit (and the dilution will be accurately reported in a filing) where the FTD's are sold down into the market to protect the past FTD investment. Duh!!!!!!!

Now for the SEC Investigation, the best I can gather it has multiple tentacles. First, they are looking into Overstock's accounting practices because David Rocker asked them to. second, they are looking into the FTD issue because Byrne asked them to.
