OT

The dates and stock prices is pretty easy to get into Excel from places like yahoo. The chart wizard in Excel is pretty decent too, and there's a number of sites that have good free Excel tutorials.

Not being much of a stock guy though, I don't know about outstanding shares, etc. data.
Perhaps a call or email to shareholder relations at the company, and ask them where you can find the data online?
Have you done a google search to see if anyone else has done what you want to do? That could give you an idea or two...
