Well, with Condo's all bets are off. They seem to ALWAYS overbuild those things in the up times only to have a drastic fall. But, I found one thing interesting in a poll taken on AOL awhile back. They asked how many people were looking to sell their homes and how many were looking to buy a home, interestingly enough to two figures nearly balanced out. jdn
