This is not true: "The U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends that Tysabri be used only after other treatments for the relapsing-remitting form of MS fail."

Tysabri was voted for first line use by a wide margin at the AC Meeting in March 2006, and there is nothing in the label that recommends that other therapies be used prior to Tysabri.
